Trevioli started in 2013 in a 600 sq. ft. storage unit, in north Columbus by Trevor & Brandi Morris. With little to no startup funding, they relied on second-hand equipment, quality staff, and word of mouth advertising from the genuinely nice customers of the small southern town of Columbus GA. Over time, the restaurant grew and they cut doorways to the adjacent units, creating a 30 seat, full-service restaurant with typically long wait times and No AC.
In 2017 Trevioli moved to a 150 seat location in Northeast Columbus with full bar, and covered patio. Trevor usually cooks every night and Brandi arrives early every day to make and roll pasta and make bread and desserts from scratch. When you visit Trevioli expect to see smiling courteous staff, custom-made tables and benches, hand-painted mural by Trevor, and scratch custom dishes from a handwritten, seasonally changing menu.
